the rules for using reportr.
last updated: 10 june 2026
by using reportr — the chrome extension, the web app, or the api — you agree to these terms. if you’re using it on behalf of an agency or company, you confirm you’re authorised to accept these terms for them.
reportr reconciles commission data and generates white-label client reports. you can capture data via the chrome extension from carrier portals you’re already logged into, or upload pdf or csv statements in the web app.
you must be at least 18 and using reportr for a business purpose. you’re responsible for your account, your session token, and everything done under your account.
you must only capture or upload data you are authorised to access. you agree not to use reportr to access data you aren’t entitled to, to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to violate the terms of any portal or platform you use it on. don’t abuse, attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. reports are tools to assist reconciliation — review the figures before relying on them.
reportr starts with a free bucket of report-credits (1 credit = 1 client report). paid plans are billed weekly, monthly, or yearly via stripe and grant a bucket of credits each billing cycle. credits are consumed when you generate a report. subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do via the stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. fees are non-refundable except where required by law. we may change prices with reasonable notice.
the commission data, csvs, and reports you create are yours. you grant us the licence we need to host, process and display them in order to operate the service for you. reportr, its software, and its brand remain ours.
connecting a third-party source (for example meta ads via oauth) or capturing from a carrier portal is subject to that provider’s own terms. we aren’t responsible for third-party services, and your access to them is between you and them.
the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. reports and reconciliation output may contain errors or omissions — verify figures before relying on them for financial or client-facing decisions.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, reportr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you’re on the free tier.
you can stop using reportr at any time. we may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the service.
these terms are governed by the laws of england & wales, and the courts of england & wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
we may update these terms; we’ll update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
